How we use your information
The Olivia Hodson Cancer Fund is a special purpose fund at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity. This page covers what happens to a funding application. For how the charity handles personal information more generally, see the GOSH privacy policy.
What we collect
The answers you give on the application form, any files you attach, and the name and email address of the external reviewer you suggest.
Why
To assess your application for funding. That is our only purpose for it.
Who sees it
- The OHCF Funding Award Committee and the fund administrator.
- The external peer reviewer you nominate, for the purpose of reviewing your application.
- Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, where a grant is awarded.
We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing.
Where it is held
On this website's own server. Applications are not stored in a third-party form service. Committee members sign in with single-use links sent to their own email address.
How long we keep it
Applications and their attachments are kept for seven years from the decision, so the fund can report on the grants it has made. Drafts that are never submitted are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email contact@ohcf.org. The GOSH privacy policy sets out these rights in full, and what to do if you are unhappy with our answer.
